You might be keeping things clean and spotless at home, or you would have hired a delicate clear in the office to keep everything spotless in your industrial office.
However, These unwanted avian guests come as they see fit and do not have allocated timings to visit you (nor do they have any hygiene policy).

The condenser is primarily responsible for removing and absorbing the heat within the room and emitting it into the external atmosphere. With it is clogged with dripped excretion from our avian friends, it will inevitably affect the functionality of your entire A/C system tagged to the condenser unit.
Everything happens in a loop and your air-conditioning systems is no exception. Instead of simply queuing for condenser cleansing services for an absurd amount of times, we provide the solution to this persistent problem by installing pigeon nettings. Of course, we tailor and cater for industrial size condensors too as seen below.

Rectification works for "Ceiling Sweating" (Condensation)
In foreign countries, the phenomena of "sweating" usually occurs in summer, and unfortunately in Singapore, we are perpetually in the summer season of 30+ °C.

What is sweating? Sweating is the process of condensation due to humidity rising outdoors, where water droplets will start to form on the air ducts. While condensation isn't a huge problem, persistent condensation can lead to water damage, with excessive condensation causing molds forming in areas surrounding the duct itself. As such, individuals suffering from asthma and allergies may experience symptoms should the molds establish themselves in the in the area.
